Our Story

Confiserie Pierot has a rich history dating back through three generations of chocolatiers. Our family are known far and wide for their artisanal chocolate-making skills, and we are proud of our craftsmanship.

Owner Dieter Van den Broeck comes from a long line of chocolatiers. The original family business was founded in the 1960s, and in 1991, we branched out into liquor pralines through Carmina.

In 2013, we took over Confiserie Pierot, bringing it right up to date and expanding its range from just three products to a comprehensive range of specialties. Our hand-written recipes have been passed down from generation to generation with great care.

Our chocolatiers and confectioners work with a passion and craftsmanship that stems from their mastery and love of the trade. Confiserie Pierot offers a wide range of delicious products, including Artisanal gourmet marshmallow creations, Turkish delight, cubes and much more.
